1 Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of tipstertennis.com, operated by TipsterTennis, reachable at contact@tipstertennis.com. By accessing the site and subscribing, you unconditionally accept these terms. The service is reserved for adults (18+). Gambling is strictly prohibited for minors.

2 Service description

TipsterTennis.com provides tennis sports analyses by our team of analysts since 2022. Analyses are published daily and accessible to subscribers. These analyses are strictly informational. They do not constitute financial advice, guarantees of profit, or encouragement to bet. The user is solely responsible for their betting decisions.

3 Risk warning

Sports betting involves significant financial risk and may result in financial loss. TipsterTennis.com guarantees no winnings. Past results do not guarantee future results. We strongly recommend: — Never bet more than you can afford to lose — Manage your bankroll carefully (recommended stake: 1-5% per bet) — Treat sports betting as entertainment, not a source of income — Seek help if gambling becomes a problem This service is exclusively for people who wish to grow their bankroll over the long term, using funds they can afford to set aside.

4 Subscription and payment

Access to daily analyses requires a monthly rolling subscription at the following rates: — €49.99 / month (EUR) — £44.99 / month (GBP) — $59.99 / month (USD) Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. TipsterTennis does not collect or store any banking data. Transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. The subscription has no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, with no notice, no fees and no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date. No partial or full refund is issued for the period already billed.

6 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal by accepting that the service is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. By checking the acceptance box at subscription, you acknowledge having been informed of this waiver.

7 User obligations

By using TipsterTennis, you agree to: — Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration — Not share your account with third parties (1 account = 1 personal subscription) — Not reproduce, copy or distribute analyses without prior written authorisation — Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

8 Intellectual property

All content on tipstertennis.com (analyses, texts, visuals, logo, structure) is the exclusive property of TipsterTennis and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, commercial sharing or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of liability

TipsterTennis cannot be held liable for: — Financial losses resulting from use of its analyses — Betting decisions made by the user — Temporary service interruptions for maintenance — Variations in bookmaker odds The user is solely responsible for their investment and betting decisions.

10 Changes to Terms

TipsterTennis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 7 days before changes take effect.

11 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
